How are settlements paid?
Weekly direct deposit, every Friday. Per-mile or percentage of gross depending on the position. Full transparency — you see every line item.
What does 1099 mean for me?
You work as an independent contractor. You're responsible for your own taxes, but you keep more of your gross. Many drivers prefer this structure for the flexibility and earning potential.
What is the home time rotation?
Standard OTR rotation is 2 weeks on the road, 4 days home. Local Illinois positions are home daily. We respect requested home time.
How does the Inspection Bonus work?
Pass a DOT inspection with no violations — get a bonus. Level 1 inspection pays $400, Level 2 pays $200, Level 3 pays $100. Paid on the next settlement.
How do I earn the $1,000 Referral Bonus?
Refer another qualified CDL driver. Once they're hired and complete the qualifying period, you receive $1,000 deposited with your regular settlement.
What equipment will I be driving?
Freightliner Cascadias, model years 2024, 2025, and 2026. All trucks are equipped with modern amenities, APUs, inverters, and reliable telematics.
